Terms and Conditions By purchasing our product(s), you confirm that you have read and agreed our terms and conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Colours: In the event that the Buyer does not specify the colour of the Goods in writing, the dealer shall be entitled to send the Buyer Goods of any colour without notifying the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer does specify a colour in writing, the dealer reserves the right to supply an alternative colour without notifying the Buyer should the Buyers chosen colour be unavailable. Credit / Debit Card Payment Procedures: We also accept payment in cash (in person only), by bank transfer (1-3 working days clearance) or cheque (7 working days clearance). We will take the following procedures when accepting payments: • If we deliver: category A applies • If you collect (or arrange collection): category B and C applies Procedure Categories Any information provided must be matching other information before we accept it. • A. We can only deliver an item purchased using a credit card or a debit card, to the registered address for that payment method. • B. This procedure only needs to be done once per account. We must receive original proof of your identity and proof of your address at the time of processing the payment, before we can release your purchase to you. We will take a copy of the documents you provide and keep them on file for future reference. Any original documents sent to us will be returned to you. Suitable proof of ID would be: • Drivers license • Passport Suitable proof of address would be: • Utility bill • Bank statement • Official Document sent to you in the mail • C. This procedure only needs to be done once per card. We must receive a photocopy of the credit/debit card used. We will keep it on file for future reference. Delivery: • We will only ship to the billing address if a credit/debit card is used to minimize fraud. • You have to provide two contact telephone numbers (for delivery purpose, preferably one land line and one mobile) with your payment or your order will be delayed. Reporting a problem: • Shortage: You have to report shortage to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery and sign the delivery accordingly, or your claim will not be considered; • Missing contents/Item not-as-described: You have to report missing contents/item not-as-described to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered; • Damage: You have to sign the delivery as 'DAMAGED' AND report damage to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered; • Faulty Product: You have to report faulty product to us in writing as soon as you are aware of the fault, or your claim will not be considered; Exclusions of Warranty: The followings are excluded from any of our warranties: • Any parts/products that are subject to everyday wear and tear which include but are not limited to the followings: Tyres; Inner Tubes; Spark Plugs; Filters; Cables; Light Bulbs; Mirrors; Batteries; Chains; Drive Belts; Bearings; Exhausts; Fairings • Any parts/products that are not serviced, maintained, used or stored in accordance with the recommended procedures, good trade practice or common sense; • Any parts/products that are by common sense or trade practice excluded from warranty; • Our warranty on road legal vehicles is limited to 8000 miles/year and 3500 miles in the first 6 months due to the running-in period. • Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Your rights to cancel: • The buyer has a right to cancel this contract without giving any reason, at any time up to 7 working days after the buyer receives the goods provided that the goods are unused, unopened, undamaged and in a perfect resalable condition. To cancel, please contact the dealer by letter, fax or e-mail. • We will refund the money (excluding delivery charges and any other irreversible cost) within 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the dealer. • The buyer should ensure that they take out sufficient insurance against loss or damage in transit. If the goods are not returned in the condition in which they were delivered, the dealer will be entitled to claim compensation from the buyer, for the reduction in value. This clause shall not apply if the goods are specifically ordered and/or processed for the buyer, or if the buyer collects the goods, has seen the goods or has the chance to examine the goods in store, or if a road legal vehicle has already began the registration process with the DVLA. |
